Carlo Lupercio, Founder & Head of Influencer & Partnerships
Carlo is the Founder and Head of Influencer Marketing & Partnerships at Lupercio Media. Carlo brings 6+ years of experience within the creator economy, partnerships, and media space. Growing up in Los Angeles, he always understood the power of storytelling — and the influence of social media. His goal is to lead the next generation of storytelling through entertainment and creator innovation.
Prior to launching Lupercio Media., Carlo spearheaded Entertainment Partnerships and Influencer Marketing for fashion tech & mobile app, Poshmark (2021–2025), shaping the future of the brand’s creator and entertainment strategy.
During his time with Poshmark, he launched countless celebrity closets with some of Hollywood and global music’s biggest names — including Doja Cat, Jessie Murph, Jordyn Woods, ATEEZ, Khalid, Kenia OS and more. He pioneered Poshmark’s first-ever TV & Film partnerships with Lionsgate, HBO:Max, Netflix, and others, driving culture-shaping integrated campaigns that sparked social conversations and brand impact.
Last but no least, he led over 1,000+ Influencer partnerships end-to-end. Most notably, he introduced Celebrity Posh Shows — bringing stars from Love Island, RuPaul’s Drag Race, The Bachelorette, Love Is Blind and beyond directly into live show moments that broke through fan culture and drove real-time community engagement.
Before his venture into Influencer Marketing and Entertainment Partnerships he grew his knowledge of the entertainment industry + corporate and media relations with Electronic Arts, Jam City, & agencies B/H Impact (a division of 42/West) and Valerie Allen PR.
